Lechon, Adobo, Chop Suey...what's that?

Dear Little Bulldog,
Good to be back home after a long trip!
Since you are such a good boy, I will teach you some new vocabulary that I learn in the Philippines.
Follow read after me ... Lechon, Adobo, Chop Suey.
SJ and RM brought me out for dinner in one of the Pinoy restaurant in Megamall. (Pinoy means Filipinos or of the Philippines). They have ordered some signature Pinoy dish for me.
1) Lechon - roast pork. Taste like the german pork knuckle
2) Adobo - Some kind of pork stew. Very much like the chinese dish where pork and black fungus is cook together
3) Chop Suey - Mixed vegetable
These are very delicious food, except that there used too much pork. I have made a point of avoiding pork, beef and mutton in my diet. I just think that we can still survive very well by sparing their lives. Vegetable, fish and seafood will always be my preferred choice.
I hope you can be vegetarian too, but I guess as a wolf descendant, you will have to survive on meat. Adam's descendant has no excuse though.
